A teenager has been hospitalised after a collision involving a bus in Hartlepool.
The 17-year-old girl was walking along Catcote Road – close to Rossmere School when the crash happened.
The road was completely closed until around 7pm and diversions were put in place to allow emergency services to deal with the crash.
The girl was taken to James Cook University Hospital to be treated for leg injuries.

They added: “The girl has been kept in for treatment; the extent of her leg injuries have not yet been confirmed.”
